Terms and conditions

Eligibility for Treatments:

Treatments are offered to both men and women aged 18 and over.

Results:

We strive for optimal outcomes by employing best practice methods, the latest techniques, and high-quality equipment and products. However, results are not guaranteed, as they vary by individual and are influenced by factors such as age, diet, and exercise.

Treatment Suitability:

Not all treatments are suitable for everyone. We will review the treatment details and set realistic expectations with you beforehand. We’ll also discuss any medical history risk factors to determine suitability. If there is any doubt, we will advise you to consult your GP before proceeding. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it’s in your best interest. If uncertain about your suitability, please contact us by phone or email before booking.

Completion of the required medical questionnaire and consultation forms is mandatory for treatment to proceed.

Pricing:

All prices and pricing packages are clearly listed on this website. Occasionally, we may offer discount deals with specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed along with the deals.

Arrival:

Please arrive on time for your appointments. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, resulting in automatic cancellation without eligibility for a refund or a new appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings:

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel, reschedule, or if you are running late. We strive to accommodate your availability.

Cancellations and reschedules can be made up to 24 hours before the appointment. Deposits, minus a £15 registration fee, are refundable if cancelled within this period. Rescheduling within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit, requiring a new deposit for the next appointment.

Packages:

Packages can be fully refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours before the first appointment. If cancelled after the first session, the refund will be calculated based on the standard price of completed treatments. No refunds will be given for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.

Failure to reschedule in time or not attending will result in the loss of that session.

Feedback and Complaints:

We are committed to providing excellent care and support. Reviews are collected through third-party websites. For complaints or concerns regarding treatment, consultation, or information on our website or social media, please write to sophie@aphrody.co.uk. We aim to respond within 14 days.

Abuse Policy:

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abuse towards staff. Any abuse will result in the immediate termination of treatment or consultation. We reserve the right to deny future treatment to anyone previously deemed abusive.

We strive to keep all website content accurate and up-to-date but cannot guarantee complete accuracy or accessibility at all times. We reserve the right to correct errors and update terms and conditions as needed.
