FLEXIBLE APPOINTMENTS
When booking cryolipolysis fat freezing, it can be hard to decide how many applicators to book for. Even if you have been to us before.
At the beginning of each treatment, we will talk about what you want to achieve and review your treatment options. You can change your mind about how many applicators you want that day, even if you booked a different amount. However, please keep in mind that if you want to add a lot more applicators, we may not be able to do so because of time limits.
We recommend booking the number you think is right and estimating higher, not lower.

Is fat freezing safe?
Yes, fat freezing is generally considered the safest non-invasive fat reduction treatment. It is an FDA-approved procedure with minimal risks and side effects. Common side effects include temporary redness, swelling, bruising, and sensitivity in the treated area. More serious side effects are extremely rare, and there are no risks to overall health. Who is a good candidate for fat freezing?
Fat freezing treatment is beneficial for a range of people. Good candidates are those who are close to their ideal body weight and those on ongoing weight loss journeys.
Men and women close to their ideal body weight can benefit from fat freezing, as it helps reduce stubborn areas of fat and sculpt these targeted areas. Individuals on ongoing weight loss journeys can also benefit from the treatment, as it aids in reducing fat in areas resistant to weight loss, or in stubborn, loose areas of fat that hinder movement and exercise.
What areas of the body can be treated with fat freezing?
Fat freezing can be used to treat various areas of the body, including the chin, arms, lower and middle back, male chest, flanks, stomach, mons pubis, hips, inner thighs, outer thighs, back of the thighs, and calves.
How long does a fat freezing session take?
The duration of the treatment depends on the number of applicators used and the area of the body being treated. A chin treatment lasts between 35 and 40 minutes, while treatments using 1 to 4 body applicators last between 45 and 70 minutes. Treatments requiring 5 to 8 applicators take longer, as they involve two rounds of treatment and can take up to 140 minutes. Your actual appointment will be approximately 30 minutes longer than the treatment time.
How many sessions are needed?
Each individual session provides stand-alone results and can effectively reduce fat in the treated area. However, depending on your overall goals and starting point, multiple sessions may be necessary. It is common for clients to undergo a second session in the target area.
How much time does there have to be between sessions?
At least 6 weeks. Since the results are permanent and accumulative, you do not need to worry about waiting longer. Whether you have your second session 6 weeks after your first appointment or 6 months later, the outcome will be the same.
Are the results permanent?
Yes, the results are considered permanent because the treated fat cells are destroyed and eliminated from the body. Since the body does not replace these fat cells, the amount in the target area is permanently reduced. However, maintaining a stable weight is essential to prevent the remaining fat cells from enlarging.
Is there a recovery process or downtime following treatment?
Recovery is typically quick with no downtime. Most people can resume normal activities immediately after treatment. Some may experience mild discomfort and bruising, which usually resolve within days to weeks.
What should I do to prepare for a fat freezing session?
There is no need to do anything special to prepare for your fat freezing session.
Ideally, wear comfortable clothing that can be easily adjusted to expose the areas you wish to have treated, so you won’t need to undress.
For men undergoing chin treatment, trimming or shaving a full beard can make the procedure easier. However, in general, no body hair needs to be removed or reduced unless it makes you feel more comfortable.

We ensure full transparency on all treatment costs, without complex calculations or hidden fees.
Prices are calculated based on the number of applicators used and range from £110 for 1 applicator to £510 for 8 applicators (£63.75 per applicator). The cost per applicator decreases when multiple applicators are booked for the same session.
All bookings require a £40 deposit, £25 of which is refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Bookings can also be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
